On April 8, 2024, the Bologna International Children's Book Fair located in the Bologna Exhibition Centre in Italy. On the same day, Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP) held a signing ceremony with Lebanon's Digital Future Company for the export of the Arabic version of the original reading material "Lisheng Polaris Graded Picture Books." Chen Yuanyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of FLTRP, and Mousi Hatib, Project Director of Digital Future Company, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches.

In her speech, Chen Yuanyuan stated that FLTRP is characterized by its international development and has a history of over 40 years in international cooperation, yielding abundant accomplishments in copyright trade. The export of the "Lisheng Polaris Graded Picture Books" rights to Arab countries is an important attempt by FLTRP to bring its self-developed language learning materials to the international market. Digital Future Company is a well-known educational publishing organization in the Arab world, with a fast and efficient publishing team and strong market channels. FLTRP hopes to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with Digital Future Company in more areas, jointly exploring the educational book market in the Arab world.

In his speech, Mr. Mousi Hatib, Project Director of Digital Future Company, stated that Digital Future Company specializes in language education publishing and the integration of digital development, which highly aligns with FLTRP's operations. The "Lisheng Polaris Graded Picture Books" represent another innovative collaboration following last year's customized international Chinese teaching materials "Hand in Hand" and "You Are Awesome". Digital Future Company is willing to carry out multi-level and multi-field publishing cooperation and educational services with FLTRP to introduce more of FLTRP's excellent educational products to the Arab world.

The "Lisheng Polaris Graded Picture Books" were crafted by authors of the "Oxford Reading Tree" together with internationally renowned illustrators, specifically tailored for readers in non-English speaking countries. With themes and topics comprehensively matched, and stories lively and interesting, closely related to students' lives, they help to enrich students' life experiences while improving reading skills. Digital Future Company highly praised the content design and illustration style of the "Lisheng Polaris Graded Picture Books" and expressed that the launch of the Arabic version would add more choices for young readers in the Arab world in the field of picture books.
