On January 16, 2020, Cengage Learning led by Roy Lee, Managing Director & VP of Cengage Learning Asia and Michael Cahill, Senior Regional Director of National Geographic Learning, Greater China, visited FLTRP and met with Xu Jianzhong, Editor-in-Chief of FLTRP and Zhang Siying, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of FLTRP.

Mr. Xu Jianzhong introduced FLTRP’s major achievements in educational digitalization, saying that FLTRP will strengthen its research and development in this field, so as to provide users with better digital learning solutions. He highly praised the performance of New Generation English and Lisheng PM Guided Readers, which are the star cooperative projects between the two publishers, and proposed further cooperation in course books, readers, tests, digital products, etc.

Mr. Lee and Mr. Cahill shared Cengage’s development strategies after its merge with McGraw-Hill. They said that digitalization is also their core business, and the learning platform Cengage Unlimited which launched in 2018 also received very positive response from the market. Cengage valued FLTRP as one of its most important partners in China, and they look forward to working together with FLTRP on many more fields in the future.
